Does the venue have onsite parking? Are parking attendants provided by the venue?
Yes, there is onsite parking. However, parking attendants are not provided by the venue.
Do we have to use specific vendors, or can we use our own?
The Barn at South Winns Ranch has vendors that we can recommend, but you are welcome to choose your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured.
Is alcohol/liquor permitted on the property? Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes. Alcoholic beverages must be distributed by a licensed bartender. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
Does the venue have a heating and air system?
Yes.
Is there a rain plan?
The Barn at South Winns Ranch offers an indoor/covered space which can be utilized in the event of inclement weather.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Can I make an appointment to tour the venue?
Yes, please contact The Barn at South Winns Ranch to schedule a tour.
How much is the deposit to secure my date?
There is a non-refundable $1,500 deposit required to secure your date.
Are certain days of the week cheaper than others?
Yes. weekdays (Monday-Thursday) are cheaper than weekends (Friday-Sunday).
Do I need to bring my own decorations or are there any provided?
Decorations are not provided by the venue.
